Profile Payment*

When a payment or donation is made online or from the backend with a Credit Card your system creates a Profile Payment.

  • Go to Donations or Accounts Receivable to view the profile payments
  • If you have received payments or donations via your credit card processor the list of payments will show and the "Status" will be Profile Payment

  • If you have a Profile for the Donor and the name and email match; the donation will be attributed to that same Profile on record.
    • If the donation contact data is different, the name is spelled different or there is a new email, the system will create a new profile
  • Select the ID number of the donation to see the details of the transaction

Note: You will need to go into Profiles and do periodic clean-up of the data by merging or deleting duplicate records.
