Clicking on your name in the upper right corner will take you to your "Me" page where you can change your Login, your Name as it appears in the system and change or add an email.

The Me page indicates who is logged into the system. If you select the highlighted name in the upper right-hand side of your screen you can see the details of the person who is logged in. All transactions made within the system will be attributed to this User.

From this main page, you have a Change password option. If you select Change Password from the left menu you can change your existing password. Once you change your password, you will need to log in again.

Your information includes your login, your name and your email. It is important to have an email entered so you can send emails from within CommunitySuite. By clicking Edit from the left side menu you can update, add or change any of this information. 

  • Click on your hyperlinked name in the upper righthand corner of the screen
  • Choose Edit from the left menu
  • Enter or edit your name in the Name text box

  • Choose Save when done

Note: the system will always use lowercase for your login name, and it removes all spaces. If you try and change your login name to one that already is taken by someone else you will get an error message.
