Edit a Campaign

To Edit a Campaign:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.
  2. Click the ID of the Campaign you want to Edit.
  3. Click Edit from the left-side menu.
  4. Select a campaign Group from the drop-down.
  5. Enter a Campaign Date.
  6. Select a Ticket Receipt Template from the drop-down list.
    • Note: This is only applicable if you've built an event_ticket_template in System Data.
  7. Enter a Service Area.
  8. Select Online Tickets to display your tickets in the Donation Portal.
  9. Select Private Campaign to prevent the public from accessing your Campaign in the Donation Portal.
    • Note: This will also create a private URL on the Campaign page that you can send to invitees.
  10. Enter or edit the Ticket Header that donors and potential attendees will see in the Donation portal.
  11. Enter a Start Time.
  12. Enter a Location.
  13. Click Save.
