Create a Profile

  1. Navigate to Profiles
  2. Select Create from the left-side menu.
  3. Enter the Profile as an Individual, Household, or Organization.

  4. Complete all applicable fields:
    • Salutation - This is how a Profile name will appear correspondence sent from the system.
      • If the Salutation is left blank, the Mailing Label name will pull. If the Mailing Label name is blank, the default is Prefix First Name Last Name.
      • If the Profile name is Bob Smith and you want all correspondence with Bob to start with, “Dear First Name”, you would enter “Dear Bob” in the salutation field.
    • Mailing Label - This field dictates how the Name will appear on printed mailing labels.
      • For Individuals, if this field is left blank the default is First Name Last Name.
      • If you want to add a prefix, you would enter the Name as Dr. Bob Smith.
    • Default Payment Type - This field designates the default payment type for a Vendor. This is helpful for when Vendors always want to be paid a certain method. Options include Check, Electronic, or ACH.
      •  At this time, ACH is not an available option until the ACH process is rolled out. 
      • If left blank, it will default to the Check Option.
  5. Click Save.

Note: If you're adding an international address to a profile, enter the country before completing any other fields. You will not be able to change the country once other fields are completed.
