Create Profile Types

Profile Types are used to help segment, filter, and prioritize your database of profiles. For example, if multiple profiles have an Attorney profile type, you could filter all attorneys from your database.

Note: Logging information is not recorded for profile types.


Create Profile Types

  1. Select Profiles from the Home page.
  2. Click Profile Types.
  3. Select from the following:
    • Add Type to add a profile type.
      •  Examples: 
        • CPA
        • Attorney
        • Financial Advisor 
        • Priority Prospect Pool: A
          • Persona: 
            • Moving Millennial
              Affinity 1
            • Capacity 3
    • Add Fund Cat to add a fund category.
      • Examples: 
        • Affiliate
        • Investment Manager
        • Scholarship Representative
    • Add Address Type to add an address type.
      • Examples: 
        • Home
        • Business
        • Summer 
        • Winter
        • Temporary
  4. Enter a Name for the profile type, fund category, and/or address type, then click Create.
    • Note: When adding an address type, check the box next to Work if this is a work address.
