System Administrators can use Templates to automatically populate recipient specific information into letters produced in CommunitySuite. Recipient specific information is pulled into Templates using Merge Fields, similar to a mail merge between Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Templates that can be added to the system include:
- Donation Letters
- Event Ticket Receipts
- Fund Statement Grant Letters
- Internal Grant Letters
- In honor of..Memorial Letters
- In memory of...Memorial Letters
- Scholarship Letters
- Yearly Tax Receipt Letters
- Pledge Payment Letters
