Templates Overview

System Administrators can use Templates to automatically populate recipient specific information into letters produced in CommunitySuite. Recipient specific information is pulled into Templates using Merge Fields, similar to a mail merge between Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Templates that can be added to the system include: 

  • Donation Letters
  • Event Ticket Receipts
  • Fund Statement Grant Letters
  • Internal Grant Letters
  • In honor of..Memorial Letters
  • In memory of...Memorial Letters
  • Scholarship Letters
  • Yearly Tax Receipt Letters
  • Pledge Payment Letters
